Cancellation Policy

Iron-onsrus.com has developed one of the most optimized systems in the industry to serve its customers. Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been packaged and labeled for pick up, it cannot be canceled.

In order to insure we will catch your order in time to stop the shipment, please make sure to contact us before 12:00 PM CST. We understand mistakes happen and should you need to modify your order in any way, one of our customer service professionals will be happy to assist you. If it’s too late to cancel and the package has shipped, you may return unwanted items in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy 

We do encourage you to submit an inquiry if you have any questions or concerns about the quality or functionality of your iron-ons before you continue with the return process.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO REFUND on orders of 10 or more iron-ons and all refunds will be in the form of a US Postal Money Order made out to the purchaser and sent by certified mail. There will also be 50% RETURN FEE FOR ALL RETURNS. If you are not sure of how are iron-ons are just order one and then if you like the quality order more.

• We provide a 7 day satisfaction guarantee on all orders of 9 or less If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unwanted iron-ons. Iron-ons must be unused meaning they have not been applied to any kind of garments and in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all instructions and accessories that accompanied it. There will be no restocking fee, however, extra shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

• Any Defective iron-ons may only be exchange for the same iron-on within 7 days of receiving them. After 7 days of receiving the iron-ons there is no refund or exchanges.
  
  
• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before sending your return to us. The warehouse may refuse any packages arriving without an RMA number clearly visible on the package.
  
  
• Once your package has been received and inspected you will have the option to request a Refund or Store Credit. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed, less shipping. Please allow 7 to 10 business days, following receipt of your return, for the refund to show on your account. Store Credit may be used towards a different purchase once it has been processed to your Iron-onsrus.com account.

How do I obtain an RMA number?
 

• Log in on your www.iron-onsrus.com account using the username and password you chose when you placed the original order.
  
  
• Click “Order History” then “Details”
  
  
• Select the item you wish to return. Check the box next to that item
  
  
• Enter all required information as indicated. Be as detailed as possible regarding the reason you wish to return the item and state the condition.
  
  
• Indicate what action you prefer. Depending on the condition of the product you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or a store credit. For a store credit, if you know what other items you would like the credit to be applied to, specify the product Sku Number. The difference in price will be credited or charged accordingly.
  
  
• Within 24 hours, or next business day, one of our representatives will be in contact via email with further instructions.

Note: ALL Returned Items must include the following:
 

• Original packaging, documents and accessories
• Your RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

We strongly advise our customers to always retain the tracking information pertaining to the return, at least until the transaction has been fully completed by both parties.
