How long before I get my Iron-On(s)?
Once you place your order it usually ships from our store within 24-120 hours and then it depends on the shipping option you choose. We send all our Iron-On(s) out USPS.
Do you have a Iron-On that says... ????
The Iron-On(s) that we stock are displayed on our site and we are adding new Iron-On(s) all the time. If you do not see a Iron-On you are looking for drop us a note and let us know about it. Chances are we can get it. If we are not able to get it we will check our competitors and if we find it, we will let you know where you can go to get it.
Do I have to register to place an order on iron-onsrus.com?
No, you are not required to register with the store to place an order, but registering does provide some advantages. As a registered user of the store you will be able to view your order status and view past orders. Also, if you return to iron-onsrus.com to place another order you will not have to retype in your contact information.
Do you offer wholesale Iron-On(s)?
Not at this time, but we may in the future. Until then check out the Wholesale area at My Company. If you do set up a wholesale account there please let them know that Jack, at iron-onsrus.com referred you. Thanks.
How do I wash my iron-on T-Shirt?
Use cold water only. Set washer to low water level. For first wash, pour one cup of vinegar into the washer with cold water. Place T-Shirt inside out into the washer. Wash the T-Shirt in the cold water and vinegar. This will help to set the colors of your transfer. Re-wash T-Shirt in cold water and detergent, then dry normally in dryer. When washing the T-Shirt thereafter, use cold water only. Place T-Shirt inside out when washing and DO NOT PUT IN DRYER!
Do you combine shipping?
Yes we do on all of our iron-ons.
Do you ship on Fridays, the weekends or holidays?
No. We only ship Monday - Thursday. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday and if the Monday falls on a holiday then it will be shipped the next business day.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover
Will your logo be on the product when I receive it?
No. We put our logo on the product for one reason, people like to barrow our images so we put a stop to it!
